How will I be charged?
Razorpay charges your card or UPI mandate on the same date each month. You'll get an email receipt every time.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Two clicks from your dashboard. No phone calls, no forms, no guilt. You can restart whenever you like.
Can I pause?
Yes, for up to 3 months. We'll pause the charge and resume automatically.
Can I change my tier?
Yes, anytime from your dashboard. Upgrade or downgrade - it takes effect from the next billing date.
What if my card fails?
We retry 3 times over 7 days. You get an email each time. If all retries fail, your subscription pauses - no surprise charges.
Is it secure?
Razorpay is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. We never see or store your card number. Ever.
