By accessing or using the Dakash Animal Welfare Foundation website (dakash.org), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.
Donations
All donations made through this site are voluntary contributions to DAWF, a Section 8 company registered in India. Donations are processed securely via Razorpay. By donating, you confirm that the funds are legally yours and not obtained through unlawful means. Monthly donations authorize DAWF to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring monthly basis until cancelled.
Refunds & Cancellations
One-time donations can be refunded within 7 days if no significant portion has been expended on the designated purpose. For monthly subscriptions, you may cancel at any time from your dashboard - no further charges will be made after cancellation. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
Account Responsibility
When you make your first donation, we create an account for you automatically. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. Notify us immediately at hello@dakash.org if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website - including text, images, logos, and design - is the property of DAWF and protected under Indian copyright law. You may not reproduce or redistribute content without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
DAWF provides this website 'as is'. We do not warrant uninterrupted access. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DAWF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
